Privacy notice
This notice applies to requests sent to FlyViaggi for trains, flights, villas, packages, visas and other travel services.

2. Data we process
We process information you provide voluntarily: name, phone, WeChat, contact preference, origin, destination, dates, number of travellers, service type and notes, together with the request reference, follow-up status and quote records.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use the information to reply, check suppliers, prepare quotes, contact customers and provide requested travel services. Processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract and applicable legal obligations.
4. Recipients
Information may be handled by authorised FlyViaggi staff, website and IT providers and, where needed, rail, airline, accommodation or other travel suppliers. We share only what is necessary for the enquiry or booking.
5. WeCom and international processing
The form does not automatically send data to WeCom. If you contact us through WeCom or WeChat, the platform processes account and communication data under its own rules. We will review the applicable arrangements before enabling automated integration.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry data for the time needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up. If the enquiry becomes a transaction, contractual, tax and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Italian law.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact wingsupsrl1@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
8. Required information
Name and phone number are required so we can reply. WeChat and additional information are optional. The form is not used for automated decisions or profiling.
